Revelation 18 lists the cargo of a great merchant city. Gold, silver, fine linen, cattle, chariots - and at the end of the list, almost in passing: and the bodies and souls of men.

Scripture treats the trade in souls as a real commerce, with real merchants, real terms, and real prices. Most teaching skips this. It is uncomfortable, and it is easy to do badly.

Mysteries of the Merchants of Souls takes it slowly and biblically:

What the trade actually is, according to the text - not according to rumor

How an exchange gets made, sometimes generations before you were born

The signs that a family line is under a contract nobody remembers signing

Why deliverance sometimes does not hold, and what is usually still standing

The prayers that break the transaction - word for word

A warning: this is direct teaching. If you are looking for gentle devotional reading, start with The 8 Prayer Watches instead. If you have been fighting the same thing for years and cannot understand why it keeps coming back, this is the book.
